The Woodlands Bar Association Scholarship Applications Are Now Available

The year 2022 marks the eighth year for The Woodlands Bar Association (WBA) to award scholarships to outstanding local high school students. We are pleased to offer three (3) Future Lawyer Scholarships for 2022: one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Memoriam of Kevin T. Shea, one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Memoriam of Ida G. Stewart, and one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Honor of Patricia Chapman.   Student applicants must have an interest in attending law school upon completion of an undergraduate program and must aspire to become an attorney.

These scholarships are open to all high school students who are residents of The Woodlands and/or Montgomery County at the time of application, regardless of the high school attended (public, private, home school, etc.).  Applicants must be graduating seniors in good standing at their school at the time of application and must be attending a four (4) year university in the fall of 2022 or, in the alternative, must be attending a community college with the intention to matriculate to a four (4) year university at the completion of their course of study at the community college.
