Susan Herbst Soto will present “A Teacher, a Student and a Parent Walk into a Bar…and Ask You for Advice”

Registration is now open for the December 12th CLE presentation by Susan Herbst Soto.

This seminar covers the most common legal questions that teachers want answered; the top school law landmines from the adult student’s perspective; and what parents of children in Texas public schools need to know. The presentation will include a discussion of the ethics decisions an attorney might make in determining whether engagement in a school law matter is proper and will reference appropriate sections of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
