Professor Seth Chandler of The University of Houston Law Center will discuss cases that will go before the United States Supreme Court on abortion next term and how their resolution might affect other interests currently protected by substantive due process. He will also touch on new Texas statutes regulating abortion, as well as those that would likely spring back to life were Roe v. Wade overturned.
