The Woodlands Bar Association (WBA) is proud to participate in the upcoming Emergency Preparedness Event hosted by The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Services. This free community event offers valuable insights and resources to help residents prepare for hurricanes and other emergencies.
As part of WBA’s ongoing commitment to public service and community education, volunteer attorneys will be present to discuss natural disaster preparedness from a legal perspective. Topics will include the importance of essential legal documents, safeguarding property and assets, and understanding your rights and responsibilities before and after a disaster.
The event will feature workshops, presentations, and hands-on activities led by experts from CenterPoint Energy, the National Weather Service, insurance professionals, and other key organizations.
