April CLE: Immigration Law - A Primer for Non-Immigration Attorneys

The U.S. immigration system is a complex and ever-evolving field that intersects with many areas of law, including corporate, family, criminal, and business transactions. This CLE is designed for non-immigration attorneys who want to develop a working knowledge of immigration law fundamentals to better serve their clients.

We will also discuss the impact of immigration status on employment, contracts, family law, and criminal proceedings, offering practical insights on issue-spotting and when to refer clients to an immigration specialist. ​
