The Woodlands Bar Association (WBA) is pleased to offer three (3) Future Lawyer Scholarships for 2021 to Montgomery County High School graduating seniors: one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Memoriam of Kevin T. Shea and one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Memoriam of Ida G. Stewart and one (1) Future Lawyer Scholarship in Honor of Patricia Chapman. Applicants must have an interest in attending law school upon completion of an undergraduate program and have aspirations of becoming an attorney.
The deadline to apply is 11:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021. Applications should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have previously submitted an application for the 2021 scholarships, please re-submit to this address.
These scholarships are open to all high school students who are residents of The Woodlands and/or Montgomery County at the time of application, regardless of the high school attended (public, private, home school, etc.). Applicants must be graduating seniors in good standing at their school at the time of application and must be attending a four (4) year university in the fall of 2021 or, in the alternative, must be attending a community college with the intention to matriculate to a four (4) year university at the completion of their course of study at the community college.
