Mr. Boltz comes from a long professional career as an expert in legal defense. After graduating in the top 25% of his class (while working a full and part time job) from the South Texas College of Law he wasted no time becoming a licensed attorney in Texas, New Mexico, and Illinois. In 1975, he formed Michael Boltz, P.C in Houston, Texas, concentrating in areas involving real estate, consumer law mortgages, contract disputes, collection cases, family law and personal injury.
In 1984, Mr. Boltz joined forces to create Jacobus, Boltz, & Melamed, L.L.P. As a partner he offered the aforementioned along with general counsel to start-up and matured companies, and other various litigation. A few years later, Mr. Boltz moved his practice to Santa Fe, New Mexico, working once again under Michael Boltz, P.C. where he represented high tech and real estate companies, practiced areas of securities, employment, real estate, personal injury, consumer law, lender liability, and insurance coverage.
In 2005, Boltz Law touched down in Texas and has been serving the people of The Woodlands, Houston, Conroe, Montgomery, Humbole, Spring, and Kingwood. With striking resilience, Boltz Law has had lightening results with each one of his clients for more than 25 years.
